By accessing or using Orchesity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Orchesity is an intelligent backend compiler that generates production-ready backend code from natural language requirements through an 18-phase compilation pipeline.
3. Subscription and Billing
Orchesity offers the following subscription tiers:
- Free: 5 credits/month
- Starter: $29/month — 50 credits
- Pro: $79/month — 150 credits
- Enterprise: $199/month — 500 credits
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel anytime, but no refunds for partial months. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.
4. Intellectual Property
You own all code generated through Orchesity. We claim no rights to your compiled backends.
The Orchesity compiler, algorithms, and platform remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our compilation technology.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use Orchesity for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
- Generate malicious code, malware, or exploits
- Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our compilation system
- Share your account credentials with others
- Abuse the service through excessive API calls or automation
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
ORCHESITY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.While we employ formal verification, we cannot guarantee that generated code is 100% bug-free. You are responsible for testing code before production deployment.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ORCHESITY BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
